What is cash back?

Cash back is the amount of money(either precentage or flat rate) that a website is offering if you shop through their website.

Why would a website give me money back?

By shopping at their website they are able to get an affiliate bonus. As an incentive to you, they offer part of that money back.

I am still uncertain. Can you give me an example.

Let's say you wanted to buy a mixer at Sears.com. You find a really nice KitchenAid mixer for $279.99. Now if you decide that you wanted to try and get cashback you would look at the chart for Sears.com. You would see that Ebates offers 2.0% back. By going to the Ebates site and shopping through them you would be entitiled to $5.60 back. Obviously that is not a lot of money, but if you shop online a lot it can add up. Remember this is FREE money. All you have to do is shop through a participating site.

What are the rules for all this?

Each site is different. We strongly encourage you to read their terms of service before making any purchases.

Does Cashbackchart.com offer money back?
